I just made your high-rising sandwich bread....it was wonderful and your instructions were so helpful! My question is this....have you ever doubled the recipe? I'd like to make several loaves at a time.

Hey Kimberli, thanks for your comment! I haven't ever doubled the recipe, but my understanding is it's fairly easy to do so. The only thing to note is that you wouldn't need to double the yeast. The last time I asked the folks over at King Arthur Flour (and you can too, via their free baking hotline or online chat service) about doubling a bread recipe, they told me not to double the yeast if I doubled the recipe, and that that pretty much goes for any bread recipe. I'd love to hear how it turns out! You can also try the bread recipe in this post: http://www.bluebonnetsandbrownies.com/2011/12/05/nuts-bolts-bread-baking-essentials/ - it makes 2 loaves when not baked in a 13" Pullman pan.
