I thought I should share this beautiful Toronto flower before I show you the real horror:
Our kitchen is officially no more. The first of the unfortunate surprises? Wallpaper. Everywhere. That odd texture I thought our kitchen walls always had? Yeah. The previous owners painted over the wallpaper.
So now we have to decide whether to try and remove it, or commit the same sin again.
To say I miss cooking is an understatement. I can’t wait for the day when it’s all done, and I bake my first batch of cookies in the new oven.
Hopefully one or two friends will be filling in some recipes.
I can’t wait to cook for you guys again.
